Commercial IP Solicitor, London An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join this well respected Technology, Media and Telecoms team of a top 25 law firm. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in non-contentious IP and commercial work. This will include commercial and IP contracts and issues relating to ongoing business such as software, trademark and patent licences and assignments, R&D, manufacturing and distribution agreements, service contracts, web development, security and non-disclosure agreements. You will also be responsible for major technology related strategic projects which are critical to their clients' operations. It is essential that the successful candidate is a team player and committed to developing personally and professionally. Excellent salary and benefits package on offer.
