COMMERCIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION LAWYER - LONDON
THE FIRM
Our client, a top City law firm has an outstanding reputation in dispute resolution and high-value transactional advice. Their clients include prominent global and national businesses.
Alongside their reputation in dispute resolution and corporate, our client has leading practices in finance, real estate, competition, tax and employment, pensions and incentives. They are also acknowledged as leaders in a number of industry sectors.
THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an Associate for their General Commercial Dispute Resolution department. The work involves complex claims within a number of sectors but has a focus on energy. These disputes often include an international element. The work also covers general commercial disputes such as professional negligence, those arising out of M&A transactions, media and IT projects.
ABOUT YOU
You will have:
3-4yrs PQE in Dispute Resolution;
Academic excellence (at least a 2:1 degree);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent drafting skills with an ability to grasp complex legal concepts;
An ability to deliver excellent client service through relationships, advice delivery and becoming a trusted advisor to the clients.
You will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and be able to manage multiple priorities.
