Job Description

Fantastic and exciting role for a commercial lawyer to join global communications group, comprising creative, digital, media and PR agencies.

You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating client agency agreements, various supply agreements, digital service agreements, advising on compliance with advertising/promotions regulations and protecting and maintaining IP rights.

You will ideally have at least 4 years' PQE and a strong commercial contracts and intellectual property background gained from a reputable law firm. In-house experience would be useful but is not essential. As this role will interface with a variety of teams and management within the various agencies, you must be extremely client-focused, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across a broad range of internal clients in a fast-paced, dynamic and cutting-edge industry.
