Our client is a rapidly expanding law firm, who are keen to develop their Scottish office. This client is looking for commercial lawyers who are ready for a challenge, who are ambitious and enjoy working within a robust team.
As a dominant force in the south, this full service firm has already established a well-regarded reputation and key client base. This firm's national commercial practice is at the forefront of its growth. Its client list is impressive with FTSE 250 clients in the retail, leisure and quasi-public sectors.
You will have experience of advising clients across an array of disciplines including commercial contracts work, IT related work, outsourcing IP, ecommerce and data protection, ideally from a large Scottish or national practice or in-house. You will need to be confident working independently and as part of the team. You also need to have excellent drafting skills, and be a committed business developer.
