Job Description

Our client is a global market leader. They are looking for a lawyer with extensive experience in procurement ideally in the IT sector. Working closely with the General Counsel, you will draft and negotiate complex contractual agreements for regional and global projects. You will provide support across the procurement lifecycle, monitor legal and regulatory developments, work with external legal counsel and train the business.

You are an excellent lawyer qualified in a common law jurisdiction or a strong proven track record in common law practice. You have at least 4 years post qualification experience in a broad range of IT and commercial matters including outsourcing, procurement of high value hardware and software, data protection, software licenses and IT services. You are able to work on complex cross-jurisdictional agreements. You see yourself as a legal "business partner". Excellent English is a must, German language skills a plus.
