Corporate, Commercial and Projects Associate, the City
A Corporate, Commercial and Projects Associate is wanted for an exceptional opening with a leading international law firm. The role will be based in the City and will command a salary of up to £110,000.

They are forward thinking and have been embracing the emerging markets for a while now. They have a strong presence across Europe and provide a diverse range of legal services. Their exposure is also growing across the globe, going where they believe future opportunities lie.
You will be joining the Corporate, Commercial and Projects practice which currently comprises of 7 Partners, 10 Associates and 4 Trainees. You will be providing support on real estate transactions in a broad role that will provide you with a varied real estate workload. You will perform a key supporting role in transactions and negotiations, working as part of a team yet managing files independently.
Ideally you will have five plus years' experience with exposure to real estate corporate M&A, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, limited partners and LLPs. You should also be familiar with real estate structures and will have had some exposure to management agreements including property, assessment and facility agreements. You will have qualified in the UK and come from a recognised legal practice. You will be academically astute and have a good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006. Commerciality will be one of your strong points coupled with drafting skills both with and without reference to precedent documents and have Supervisory skills.
