This london firm are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and a breadth of experience to join an enthusiastic growing team. The successful candidate will be confident in handling his or her own caseload and enjoy working alongside others on larger, more demanding cases.The Commercial Litigation Section handles domestic and international disputes arising across the full gamut of commercial activities.The work covers disputes in the areas including Commercial contracts,Professional and other Negligence,Insurance, Employment and Discrimination,Banking and other finance, Construction, Insolvency,Fraud and White-Collar Crime,Directors duties,Shareholder and boardroom disputes and Libel.
