Job Description

Off shore law firm with global client base require a corporate solicitor with experience equivalent to 2 to 5 years PQE to join a fast expanding department. Successful candidates will have ideally gained experience in corporate funds or gained solid finance or restructuring knowledge within a recognised law firm. The position on offer with enable you to manage a mixture of general commercial work as well as acting upon corporate transactions, M&A, disposals, restructures and financing.

Candidates offering previous off shore experience highly desirable or applications from internationally qualified lawyers seeking an excellent quality of work with the benefits of working in the Channel Islands.

Salary dependent upon experience.
