Job Description

Highly regarded mid size Berkshire practice, now seeking to recruit an experienced commercial litigation associate into their Legal 500 rated dispute resolution department.


This role offers the successful applicant the chance to undertake a varied caseload of high quality contentious work. Acting on the behalf of an enviable client base you can expect to be dealing with high value contractual disputes, insolvency and property disputes amongst other matters.


This role would suit a confident solicitor who has gained 3PQE+ in addition to a strong academic record. A keen interest in marketing/business development and commercial litigation in general will open the door to a range of professional development opportunities.
