Private practice requires a clinical negligence specialist to join a thriving team within a litigation department offering a comprehensive service in personal injury, catastrophic injury and clinical negligence. Managing a litigated caseload of claims to include birth injuries, cosmetic surgery and incorrect diagnosis you will also have an understanding of Conditional Fee Agreements. Candidates will also undertake negotiation of settlements and work well under pressure to given timescales and financial targets.
