Our Client is a market leader within the Yorkshire area within Personal Injury and indeed Clinical Negligence, due to the increase in workload they are currently looking for a paralegal to assist the fee earners.

It is essential that you have worked within Clinical Negligence due to the complexity of the caseload.
Your work will be varied and will include:-

  - Statement taking and completing legal aid forms 
-   Assisting the Partner in Charge with Court of Protection and Deputyship work.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high value/profile cases and on going training and development will be given throughout.
