This is a major UK law firm and they are extremely well-known for their work in the field of Clinical Negligence work. Your role here would involve managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters on behalf of defendants.
This is a large department which consists of high calibre lawyers and partners who all make up a very well-organised and close knit team. Your work will include all manner of clinical negligence matters as wall assisting other, more senior members of the team on high value obstetric and neurological claims for a range of NHS Trusts.
A solicitor with c. 2-5 years' PQE is sought for this post. Ideally you will have defendant clinical negligence experience alternatively, claimant clinical negligence or defendant PI experience is of interest too.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a caseload efficiently and to make robust commercial decisions.
The ability to communicate clearly with clients, medical staff and expert witnesses is key.
An intelligent lawyer who has gained experience with a professional law firm and has solid academics is now urgently sought.
