Our clients are looking for a new Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their top firm and handle an exisiting caseload of files as well as actively developing new leads. There is also the chance to effectively lead a team of fee earners as Head of Department in the future.
Ideally candidates will be a member either of AvMA or the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme, although this would be a benefit rather than a must.
The role will involve a caseload that includes, but is not limited to, the following areas; medical mismanagement at birth, Negligence cases resulting in spinal cord injury or brain injury and failure to diagnose cases.
For those looking to enter into this role as a Head of Department immediately should have previous experience in managing in a legal capacity would be beneficial.
Firm are looking to expand their Clinical Negligence department and need a competant Solicitor to lead the team and develop their client base.
All applicants must be qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitors from a Claimant background.
Location - Hampshire
