Clinical Negligence Solicitor, South Wales This top 100 law firm continues to punch well above its weight. The clinical Negligence department has recently been appointed to a number of panels and as a result are looking to appoint an assistant / associate into the team. The team work across both the public and private sector and have been appointed to the NHSLA panel as well as excelling at providing excellent advice to companies in the private sector. The successful applicant for this role will ideally be between 3 - 7 years qualified and will have a solid background of clinical negligence obtained in a leading defendant firm (although candidates with experience of claimant clinical negligence looking to move into the defendant area are also encouraged to apply). A motivating environment where continuous development of skills and performance are encouraged.
