Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Partner, Middlesex
A Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Partner is required for a fantastic opportunity with one of the South East's leading law firms. They are recognised in the Legal 500 and considered a real 'heavy weight'. This role is based in Middlesex and is offering a basic salary of up to £85,000.
Established in the 1700's, my client is a full-service law firm handling complex legal work for both businesses and individuals across four main practice areas; Real Estate, Commercial, Private Client and Community Legal Services. They have two offices across the South East and Thames Valley encompassing 30 Partners, 60+ Solicitors, Fee Earners and Consultants.
The team you will be joining is 10 strong, well leveraged and has ambitious plans for growth against their strategic aims. They aim to be the leading provider of claimant personal injury legal services in West London and the South East by dominating through scale, scope, operational excellence and quality of service. In particular, the team is seeking to increase the level of head and spinal injury, child abuse and clinical negligence work. They have recently joined the panel of Accident Advice Helpline to help generate a flow of referrals and a significant number are also received from Unite and the GMB. The group remains committed to this work but is seeking to develop more extensive private claimant work.
You will have a proven ability to form and maintain strong and productive referrer relationships. My client is open on your area of specialism within the PI arena as you will be encouraged to develop a practice along these lines. You will demonstrate a strong technical self-sufficiency, an inclusive and effective approach to people management and a commercial ability to interpret and apply financial information. You will have significant experience in handling your own fast and multi-track case load and will have recent experience of supporting others. Finally, strong academics are an absolute must.
