Our client is a leading firm across the South East with offices covering the region. Combining expertise within their specialist fields and a sensible, commercial approach, they have a created a large client network spanning multi-national companies, government agencies and private individuals.
They are after a senior Clinical Negligence lawyer to join and help develop their Oxfordshire office.
This role will incorporate a lot of business development and as such you will be expected to maintaining the current client base, proactively seek out new business and get involved with marketing initiatives.
The salary is entirely negotiable and the benefits are understandably excellent.
The ideal candidate will be a senior lawyer, preferable with Panel Membership, who may be able to bring some clients with them. You will need to be willing to take on the responsibility of growing the department and have the foresight to do so.
