Costs Negotiator

A Law Costs Negotiator is required to manage a caseload of Fast Track personal injury files for prominent Lancashire Costs practice. Salary to £25K

Applications are invited from Costs Negotiators with a minimum of 1 years experience negotiating costs on either PI or clinical negligence files, however, those with experience negotiating costs in another area of are also urged to apply.

It is essential that you have a solid grasp of the CPR, have the ability to work to targets and have strong telephone and negotiation skills.
