Senior Industrial Disease Solicitor

We are seeking a Senior Industrial Disease / Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Partner to head a newly formed Department for a very successful law firm.

We are looking for a Candidate with a good breadth of experience who has specialised in this field for a minimum of four years post qualification. You should have a wide network of Contacts in London, nationally and ideally internationally. You should be confident to take a leading role within this much respected law firm. Some possible Client Following would be advantageous here but this is not essential. However, excellent Client facing skills, ambition and drive are vital together with ability to represent this new department and to help in the marketing of the firm generally

The position involves a wide range of good quality national and international work in Clinical Negligence and Industrial Disease including Asbestos related litigation. A good deal of autonomy is offered here. This Role has real progression prospects for the right candidate.
