Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor - City

Our client is a leading national insurance based practice and they require a defendant clinical negligence solicitor (3 years PQE) for 6 months fixed term contract.

You will be expected to take over an existing caseload of clinical negligence claims, healthcare disputes acting for healthcare professionals facing disciplinary proceedings. The ideal clinical negligence solicitor should ideally have inquest experience.

The firm expect the role to last for a minimum of 6 months but may be able to offer an ambitious clinical negligence solicitor commitment beyond this period.
