PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR - LANCASHIRE

A multi office firm, our client provides a full range of legal services throughout the UK. With over 180 staff including 37 fee earners and 19 partners, the firm has grown substantially since its original establishment over one hundred years ago, and is now regarded as a reputable and efficient, regional Firm.
THE ROLE
A post has arisen for a personal Injury Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to join the dynamic and thriving Personal Injury Department in Lancashire. You should bring with you relevant Personal Injury experience in order to deal with a varied and challenging caseload, of 150+ Claimant PI files. The role will involve a range of Personal Injury matters, so it will be extremely diverse. You will be joining a forward thinking team of highly competent lawyers and support staff, with in-depth expertise and a wealth of experience. Your personal injury experience should therefore be of equal calibre. You should be able to work with minimal supervision, although support is on offer where necessary.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate must be at least 2 years PQE, and be happy working independently and within a close team. You will need to have had experience of dealing with MOJ Portal, RTA cases, EL and PL fast track and multi-track cases, and it is essential that you can handle a large, varied caseload. You must be highly motivated, proactive, and possess a genuine interest in Personal Injury.
