Legal Secretary Clinical Negligence, East Yorkshire - Working within the clinical negligence department of this legal practice, you will be able to demonstrate excellent word-processing and audio-typing skills, have 4 GCSEs at Grade "C", or the equivalent qualification, good organisational ability and client care skills and ideally previous experience as a legal secretary or experience of working in an alternative professional environment.
The key responsibilities of the role will include but not restricted to preparing correspondence and documents for fee-earners through audio-typing and word processing, cover reception and deal with visitors to the premises, make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up-to-date diary if required to do so, provide support to other secretaries as required, guide junior and temporary secretaries when needed, liaison with Head of Department/Administration Department regarding the booking of holidays etc and any ad hoc task as and when required.
