Clinical negligence solicitor required by the expanding clinical negligence department of this medium sized high street practice based in East Yorkshire. You will be a clinical negligence solicitor with over 2 years PQE and be responsible for handling a complex and varied caseload of clinical negligence claims such as: surgical errors, birth injuries, missed fractures, delays in diagnosis and wrong drug treatment. The clinical negligence department has handled negligence cases for over 2 decades and has a number of leading solicitors who are members of the Law Societys Clinical Negligence Panel. Successful candidates will join a highly productive department and gain support, training and progression. Salary up to £35,000.
