Clinical Negligence Paralegal/ Legal Executive

Our client is currently seeking a Clinical Negligence Paralegal or Legal Executive to join their team.

You will be responsible for a mix of complex claimant matters across a number of areas to include birth injuries, brain injuries, amputations, cardiology, obstetrics, neurosurgery and paediatrics.

You will ideally be a Paralegal or Legal Executive with a minimum of 12 month's experience within clinical or medical negligence and have experience of managing a caseload and dealing with pre-litigated negligence matters.

Good interpersonal and communication skills is essential along with the need to be sensitive to the circumstances of the client.
