Personal Injury Solicitor with Clinical Negligence Experience required to deal with catastrophic injury matters at a well regarded practice in Leeds.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within this expanding niche Catastrophic Personal Injury Department. The firm is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join the Multi-track and Serious Personal Injury team. You will have a minimum of 6 months' personal injury experience within multi track EL, PL and RTA matters. This is also an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to develop a niche clinical negligence service within the team and therefore experience in clinical negligence would be advantageous.
The files are handled from instruction through to completion requiring the ability to forge a close relationship with clients and outside agencies. You should have a substantial grounding in high value and complex personal injury litigation, coupled with the ability and experience to work in a team environment. This firm has a real commitment to carrying out good quality personal injury work and you will be a valued and integral member of the team.
Salary dependant upon experience but you will ideally have 6 months to 3 years' post qualification experience within personal injury law.
