Job Description
Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Advocate for leading national healthcare firm based in Leeds. The firm is Legal 500 and Chambers rated and acts for a number of healthcare clients to include NHS Trusts, Health Authorities, regulatory Bodies, Charities and independent healthcare providers.
Working within the inquest team which covers clinical negligence and mental health review, you will be either a Barrister or a Solicitor with expert advocacy skills. The firm has been a member of the NHSLAs panel of lawyers since its inception and, in addition to clinical negligence work, carries out a wide range of other work which includes inquests, advising on regulatory matters, public law issues, judicial reviews, mental health issues and clinical risk management. The inquest team provides an advisory and advocacy service for clients and has acted in many of the leading inquest cases.
The successful candidate will be confident lawyer and advocate who is dynamic, self-motivated and able to develop skills to work with senior officers of the firms clients. This is a great opportunity to join a driven and dynamic market leading firm.
