Clinical Negligence Solicitor, Midlands
A Midlands firm well known for its' injuries work require an experienced clinical negligence solicitor , preferably a panel member, capable of handling their own caseload and dealing with all aspects of claimant clinical negligence.
Applications welcome from candidates from any level of PQE as long as they have a minimum of 4 years PQE.
You should be able to work to a consistently high standard, possess excellent client care and communication skills and be able to demonstrate that they can cope well under pressure. You should have excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines, be a team player, be self motivated and enjoy working in a culture that is highly focused but friendly and supportive
Key to being successful in this role is working alongside the head of department and other experienced colleagues who lend a sympathetic ear to their clients and who use their expertise to win medical negligence claims against doctors, dentists, hospitals and others.
The team deals with a variety of injuries ranging from the less serious to those involving permanent disability.
