Private practice requires an experienced clinical negligence lawyer capable of running a caseload and supporting a partner with complex clinical negligence claims often of a complex technical nature and high in value. The successful candidate must demonstrate a track record in managing a caseload requiring a high degree of litigation experience, good drafting abilities and a thorough understanding of claimant procedures, attending hearings, assessing liability and issuing proceedings.
