Insurance Litigation & Professional Indemnity Solicitor in London
This is a great opportunity with an excellent market leading firm in Central Londonfor a qualified Solicitor with proven Professional Indemnity / Insurance Litigation experience.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Professional Indemnity / Negligence work, with defendant experience. You will ideally have a minimum of 4 years relevant PQE with knowledge of defending professional indemnity claims against solicitors, barristers, accountants and insurance brokers. Experience of arbitration and negotiation would be highly valued. You will also be defending professional indemnity claims against construction professionals including architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers, including delay and overspend claims. The role will also involve advising on coverage and policy issues.
You should have a flexible attitude and be a contributory team member who is also able to assist and guide more junior members of the team. The role is a great chance to make your own mark and is set in offices in a fantastic City location.
