Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive / Fee Earner

Our client is an established and industry respected law firm, based just South of Manchester City Centre, who specialise in all areas of Claimant Personal Injury including Clinical / Medical Negligence, Industrial Disease, EL, PL and RTA. As part of their 2012 growth plan they are looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Fee Earner to join their dedicated Clinical Negligence team.

The Ideal candidate will be able to undertake a caseload with minimal supervision and have the ability to identify and assess claims quickly. The varied caseload will include work relating to group action matters, accident and emergency claims, GP negligence, claims involving children and surgical errors.

Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months demonstrable Clinical Negligence experience although candidates with experience assisting on complex matters are also encouraged to apply.

The firm provide a great working environment and secretarial and administration support for fee earners in addition to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Salary; £34k - £43k depending on experience
