Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive
Location: Weston -Super-Mare
Salary: £30,000 - £60,000
A fantastic opportunity for a claimant Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an established High Street firm in Weston-Super-Mare.
This reputable firm are seeking an Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive, experienced in dealing with Multi-Track and Fast Track claims consisting of RTA, EL and PL cases.
Responsibilities:
You will be part of a team of a small team of Personal injury Professionals, dealing with Multi Track and Fast Track RTA, EL and PL cases, the caseload will be highly mixed.
The firm are seeking someone who can work as an individual and ideally have Previous experience working as a Fee Earner within a small to medium sized firm, also supervisory experience would be beneficial.
This role has fantastic opportunity for career progression as the firm are seeking an individual who can think outside of the box, help market the firm also assist with business development and take the company forward.
Skills:
Qualified Solicitor with 12 months + PQE or you will be an experienced Legal Executive with a vast knowledge of Employers Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accidents.
Experience of handling fast-track cases and multi-track is essential
Applicants should be from a claimant background however defendant Solicitors will be considered for this position given that you have highly relevant experience which will closely match this job description.
You should be a team player with excellent analytical and IT skills, with an eye for detail and who is enthusiastic about these areas of work. An ability to work under pressure, keep to deadlines and to prioritise your own caseload is essential
