Job Description

Clinical Negligence Solicitor, Bristol This leading, Legal 500 and Chambers listed firm is looking to appoint an accomplished Solicitor to join their established team, for a period of 6 months. Working across the public and private sectors, the firm is highly regarded for their work with the NHS and private health providers. The role will involve managing your own, varied clinical negligence caseload, and assisting other members with high value claims. The ideal applicant will have 3 to 6 years' PQE of handling defendant clinical negligence cases. However, experienced claimant clinical negligence or defendant personal injury solicitors will also be considered. The successful candidate will be able to make robust commercial decisions and communicate effectively with medical staff, clients and expert witnesses. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful individual to work in a highly respected practice.
