Job Description
BCL Legal the leading legal recruiter in the West Midlands has the following vacancy:
Leading defendant clinical negligence/healthcare practice seek a defendant clinical negligence/healthcare solicitor for its Birmingham based team of defendant clinical negligence/healthcare lawyers.
The successful candidate will be asked to provide patient-related health law advice and services to a range of healthcare/defendant clinical negligence clients and in particular acting for the NHSLA. Responsibilities will include managing a caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims, often at a multi million pound level, together with related health sector advice including inquest work. A good academic background with healthcare/defendant clinical negligence experience is required. Experience in defendant catastrophic personal injury work, or strong experience in inquest work is desired but not essential.
