Defendant Insurance Lawyer, Midlands

A Legal 500 firm in the Midlands requires an experienced defendant insurance lawyer to join their busy team. Salary dependent upon experience.

The successful candidate will need a minimum of 4-5 years experience of dealing with large loss personal injury claims (routinely handling claims with a value in excess of £200,000).

The defendant insurance litigation team there regularly handles claims over £1m and acts for a number of the largest insurers. They are well known for their personal attention, added value and understanding. The team have also handled matters on behalf of local authorities and for employers. Previous cases include slips/trips flooding, nuisance, human rights, housing, and accidents in the work place, including industrial disease, product liability and property damage.
