Defendant Clinical Negligence Locum, West Midlands - This leading National law firm ranked in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 has a fantastic fixed term opportunity available for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor. Covering a period of maternity leave for a twelve month period, the successful candidate will be based within a busy and highly regarded team, handling work across both the public and private sector. The successful applicant for this role will have a minimum of three years PQE and will have a solid background of clinical negligence obtained in a leading defendant firm (although candidates with experience of claimant clinical negligence looking to move into the defendant area are also encouraged to apply). Bright, ambitious and determined you will have the ability to handle client matters sensitively whilst obtaining the best commercial outcome for the client. This is a brilliant opportunity to work for one of the leading defendant clinical negligence teams in the country and will enhance your career by gaining exposure to some very high profile clients.
