Job Description
Civil Litigation Solicitor
Salary: Salary negotiable depending on experience
Location: Nottingham
Our client are looking to add an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to their team, working within a team to ensure consistent levels of service and advice to clients nationally. The position is in their Nottingham City Centre office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must have the desire to help develop and expand the department
The role will be involved on a range of civil litigation work
The role offers training and development opportunities alongside team and Partner support
Own following would be an advantage
Skills:
Successful candidates will have proven experience of Civil litigation within PI, with a proven record of achievement
Strong interpersonal negotiation and IT skills are required, with the ability to manage a varied caseload and also the ability to work well under pressure
A willingness to, develop your own knowledge and to work well independently and within a team m are also needed
Candidates will ideally have gained technical expertise within well a respected litigation team at a City or large regional firm
The ability to deal with clients at a senior level and have a commitment to marketing and business development initiatives
