Nationally recognised Accident Management Company with an enviable reputation in the motorcycle accident market currently has two new positions available for First Response Advisors.

Candidates must have at least 12 months experience working within a similar RTA environment, and should possess excellent customer service skills and a professional manner. A high level of motivation and willingness to increase industry knowledge are essential.

Successful candidates will have responsibility for providing `front line` assistance for clients involved in road traffic accidents, including directing clients on the most appropriate course of legal action and selling the companies` services based on client requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading organisation who offer a fast paced environment and friendly, supportive team.

This is initially a 6month fixed-term contract; however, the role may go permanent thereafter.
