Job Description

Civil Litigation Partner, London - Building on continued success, this leading London practice is looking to appoint an accomplished Partner with an established contact book. The firm handles a broad range of litigation matters but requires someone with a focus on civil fraud matters. Over recent years, the firm has been involved in a number of high profile civil fraud cases both in the UK and overseas and is looking to develop this area further as a practice. The team handles a broad range of matters in this field including but not limited to claims for dishonesty and deceit, corruption, receipt of bribes and secret profits, conspiracy, misfeasance, misrepresentation, money laundering, breach of fiduciary duty, trust litigation where fraud is involved or suspected and insolvency cases involving fraud. The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of these areas as well as civil injunctions, including Freezing Orders and Search Orders and Orders for disclosure of information and documents. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior civil fraud specialist to develop a career as a Partner within an established City practice.

What people think of us - "Gemma Jones (from eNL), was by some margin the most outstanding recruiter with whom I've dealt with in the last few months. She was a pleasure to deal with and extremely efficient." Senior Insolvency Solicitor, London
