COMMERCIAL LITIGATION- Senior Associate / Partner - Manchester - £ to150k+ full benefits
This multi award winning leading top 100 Law firm has a new requirement for a commercial litigation lawyer to join its Manchester office. The firm have been steadily growing and have exciting and ambitious plans for growth which they are committed to achieving through lateral hires of senior lawyers and are currently looking to extend this with the addition of a commercial litigator. The role involves managing a varied commercial litigation caseload, supervision of junior lawyers and strong business development skills in order to assist in growing the practice.
Our client advises on a wide range of commercial and contractual matters, including disputes involving professional negligence, corporate investigations, breach of warranty, retention of title and product liability.
The successful candidate should have specific experience of commercial litigation, which should include big ticket/high value litigation acting for large corporates to include contract disputes, professional negligence claims and experience in alternative dispute resolution/arbitration.
