Job Description

Civil Litigation Solicitor required for first tier firm based in West Yorkshire.


Managing a caseload of non standard litigation cases and supervising junior members of the team, you will be an experienced Solicitor in debt recovery litigation with particular experience of acting for financial services clients in defended mortgage actions, defended mortgage shortfall cases and defended unsecured recoveries cases regulated under the CCA.

You will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE within civil property litigation and be confident in attending client meetings as and when required. The opportunity to deliver internal and client training along with providing technical legal support to other departments in encouraged.
