Job Description

We are looking for a "bright eyed and bushy tailed" lawyer to advise on a wide range of charity law matters, including the establishment of charities, trustee duties and governance, fundraising and commercial participation, charity law aspects of land transactions, borrowing and lending, issues concerning heritage charities, Gift Aid and general advice on tax-efficient giving public benefit, issues facing schools, cross-border issues, disputes involving charities and mergers between charities.  If you feel you have the right experience, including being market facing please call Ben Haider on (phone number removed) .
