Legal 500 listed, top national law firm are recruiting a Wills and Probate Solicitor with experience within Charities.
Our client is a top, nationally accredited law firm, who is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy and well established Yorkshire team. Ideally you will be 2 Years' + PQE with some experience establishing and advising on Charities.
Our client is offering an opportunity to join one of the North's leading private client teams. You will be working alongside some of Chambers most highly respected lawyers within the field and will be given the opportunity to develop and progress your career.
Experience in the following areas is required in relation to this position:
* Advising and creating charities
* Assisting and administrating high value estates
* Creating and advising on trusts
* Contentious trusts and estate issues
* Drafting wills and advising on HNW tax planning
