My client has seen a significant increase in private client instructions over recent years and the firm prides itself on how the private client team is integral to the rest of the practice. They provide advice to clients on matters relating to the protection and transfer of capital and reduction of potential tax liabilities. Their clients include landowners, business owners, partners or shareholders in family businesses, directors of companies and their families and, over recent years, national lottery winners. Due to continued expansion the team require a senior associate/salaried partner to join the well respected department, You will assist in managing the department and be capable of developing new business. You will handle a wide range of legal services including wills, probate, administration of trusts, CPA and Powers of Attorney. This firm's private client reputation has been built on the long term relationships they develop with their clients and as such it is essential that you possess excellent client care skills.
