Our client is a growing company of City trained lawyers who have all worked in-
house. Their clients are ambitious, fast moving companies turning over between £1million and
£20 million in telecoms, software, entertainment, video conferencing, recruitment, retail, media
and production.
Acting as their clients’ in-house legal team, bringing our practical experience as lawyers in
business to help them negotiate with Global PLC’s and to grow profitably and painlessly.
The company is URGENTLY looking for a interim lawyer to complete a 6 month contract. You will be the clients’ in house counsel and their first point of contact. From our offices in Richmond, you will be negotiating contracts, advising on employment law and strategic issues such as fundraising and business sales.

great working environment and in a great location.

• The confidence to advise senior management teams, from sales managers to board
directors
• Excellent communication skills
• To be well organized and task focused, with a can do attitude
• Up to date IT skills: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a good working
knowledge of PLC.
• A keen interest in the business world
• A real desire to be part of a small team and to shape a growing law company
You will also need to be a good team player who enjoys working closely with clients, in a hard
working, supportive team environment.
