Charity Solicitor - Exeter
This established firm of lawyers is dedicated to providing quality, responsive and affordable legal services to individuals, businesses, charities and the public sector.
The Charity team requires an additional Solicitor to join the team who has proven experience of non-contentious charity law work including formation and registration, governance and constitutional issues, compliance, and fundraising and trading issues.
It would be an advantage if you had working knowledge of social enterprises, company and commercial law, charity mergers and asset transfers, industrial and provident society, and law and regulation work.
