CHARITIES SOLICITOR - OXFORDSHIRE
The opportunity to join a top-ranking team of eight legal professionals across the firm within a well-established specialist charities practice has arisen. The role will involve advising charities and other non-profit organisations on charity law, corporate and other structures. Transactional work includes mergers and in-corporations. The candidate will have a good understanding of corporate structures and a willingness to become fully integrated into the charities team and become a charities expert, good communication skills, client management skills, team player, interest in marketing and practice development, self motivated and able to manage own desk.
