Charities Solicitor / Oxford / Leading Charities Team

Our client is one of the largest legal practices in the South East with a team of over 100 partners and a total staff of over 700.

They currently have a job vacancy for an experienced Charities Solicitor to join a top-ranking team of eight legal professionals across the firm within a well-established specialist charities practice.

The role will involve advising charities and other non-profit organisations on charity law, corporate and other structures. Transactional work includes mergers and incorporations.

The successful candidate will need an understanding of corporate structures and a willingness to become fully integrated into the charities team and become a charities expert. Good communication and client management skills are a pre-requisite and an interest in marketing and practice development would be preferred.
