The firm's employment offering currently consist of 2 partners and 1 other employment solicitor. There is therefore plenty of scope for the future in relation to a fast-track career ladder.
The type of work that you will be looking to undertake includes advising clients in relation to matters pertaining to;
Recruitment
Employment and Service Contracts
Consultancy agreements
Changes in terms of employment
Policies for a wide range of issues, including equal opportunities and age discrimination
Grievance and disciplinary procedures
Union recognition and management and
Redundancy
The firm is very entrepreneurial and encourages its employment solicitors to get out and develop new clients, for those interested or with a talent for Business Development this is a great option.
