SOLICITOR – CHARITY SECTOR
This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a highly regarded firm based in the East Midlands, renowned for the provision of a swift response and clear advice service.
The dedicated Charity department provides legal advice for a variety of charities and charitable organisations throughout England and Wales. They advise on all forms of formation and registration of charities and have developed well established connections with the Charity Commission.
The post holder will have the opportunity to deal with a variety of charities including welfare, religious, community, environmental and medical establishments in addition to housing associations, voluntary bodies, charitable companies, building preservation, sports clubs, community amateur sport clubs, social and community enterprise and community interest companies.
The ideal candidate must have a good working knowledge of charity law and be a qualified solicitor, whilst flawless interpersonal skills will be a necessity.
