My client is a top 100 firm with over 800 employees, and offices right across the South East. They now have an opportunity for an experienced solicitor with 3-5 years PQE to join their specialist Charities section. The sucessful candidate will be joining a top-ranking team of eight legal professionals across the firm within a well established specialist charities practice.
The role will involve advising charities and other non-profit organisations on charity law, coporate and other structures. Transactional work includes mergers and incorporations. A good understanding of corporate structures and a willingness tobecome fully integrated into the charities team and to become a charities expert are essential. Good management skills, a team player and interest in market and practice development are also essential qualities required. The ideal candidate will be self-motivitated and able to manage their own desk.
An excellent benefits package including a salary of £50-£75,000 (depending on experience), plus 26 days holiday, BUPA healthcare, contibutory pension scheme, retail discount scheme, childcare vouchers and free parking.
