The firm already advise many well known regional and national charities clients on a wide range of charities law and deal with both contentious and non-contentious work
Concentrating on non-contentious work, you will be responsible for advising clients on applications for registration to the Charity Commission, the formation of incorporated and unincorporated charities, the creation, administration and variation of charitable trusts, Charity Commission compliance, corporate governance, trustee remuneration, mergers and de-mergers and Charity Commission investigations and reviews.
You will need to be a confident business developer and any client following would be an advantage but is not essential.
